Waiste is run by Leigh McMillan, from Adelaide, South Australia. Every system we sell was built to solve a problem in our own waste companies, run on our own money, and kept only if it paid.

The training ground was a wheelie-bin subscription business: hundreds of small customers, weekly runs, monthly billing. That is where the discipline came from, and where we first automated invoicing, confirmations and nightly run sheets, because the alternative was doing them by hand forever.

The volume came from a national bin-hire brand. Enquiries from across the country are what forced the voice agent into being: calls answered, quoted and booked by AI, with a person stepping in only where judgement is genuinely needed. It is the clearest proof we own that this works at real scale.

The billing engine and the local-search network followed, each built to fix our own problem first. When we tell a client we can rank them or automate their admin, we are pointing at the same machinery that keeps our own phones ringing and our own books straight.
