Service · after-hours answering
The calls that come in after you knock off
Someone rings at seven at night wanting a six metre on Saturday. Right now that goes to voicemail, and most of them just ring the next mob. Divert your line to us after hours and an AI answers in your business name, quotes off your rate card, takes the job and has it in your inbox before you start.
01
You keep your number
No new phone system, no porting, no change to how you work in the day. You set call forwarding at knock-off and cancel it in the morning.
02
It answers as you
Your business name, your suburbs, your prices, your refusal list. The caller is ringing your company and that is exactly what they get.
03
You get the job by morning
Name, mobile, address, what they want and the recording of the call. You ring back at seven with the whole story already in front of you.
What it will not do
Invent a price. It quotes from your rate card or it says you will confirm. Never a number it worked out itself.
Commit a truck. It takes the details and promises your callback. Real booking is something you switch on once you trust it.
Pretend to be human.Ask it and it says it is an AI. It also tells callers the office is closed rather than implying someone is sitting there.
Try it tonight
Fill this in and we will set it up on a call, then give you a number. Divert to it after work and listen to what it does. If it is not good enough, turn the divert off and you have lost nothing.
Straight answers
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep your number and your provider. You set call forwarding to divert to the number we give you when you knock off, and turn it off in the morning. Nothing about your day operation changes.
What does it say to my customers?
It answers in your business name, tells them the office is closed, and takes the job. It never claims someone is there. You get the call, the recording and the details before you start the next morning.
What if it quotes the wrong price?
It can only read prices from your rate card. Anything not on that list, it takes the details and says you will confirm. It never works a price out for itself.
Will it book a bin I cannot supply?
Not unless you tell it to. Every operator starts with it taking full details and promising you will confirm, so it can never commit a truck your yard has not got. You can turn on real booking later.
What about asbestos?
You give us your refusal list and it declines those before being asked. Knowing what not to take is most of the job.
What does it cost?
A flat monthly fee for the after-hours window, with no per-call charges. Answering services normally bill per call and add a surcharge for exactly these hours, which is the part we do not do.
